INGREDIENTS:

Here are the steps for using Cow & Gate Follow-on Milk Powder:

1. Wash your hands and utensils.
2. Boil fresh water and let it cool to around 40°C. 
3. Measure the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle.
4. Use the scoop that comes with the powder and level it off.
5. Put the cap on the bottle and shake it vigorously for at least 10 seconds.
6. Remove the seal and replace it with a sterilized teat.
7. Cool the milk under running water.
8. Check the temperature of the milk and feed it to your baby immediately.
